| Do you suffer from persistent heartburn on 2
or more days a week, even though you've treated it and
changed your diet? It may be due to acid reflux disease,
also known as GERD (Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease). And
over time, the acid that causes heartburn can actually
erode or wear away the delicate lining of the esophagus
(called erosive esophagitis). Only a doctor can determine
if you have this damage. |
